Our centrally-located city hotel, which is located right at the entrance of the pedestrian zone, is family-run. It has been owned by our family since 1914.

It is in the relaxing atmosphere of Hotel Gasthof Schwanen that our guests from far and wide feel particularly at home.

Whether you are spending your holiday by the Swabian Sea or that you are in Friedrichshafen for business – we welcome you wholeheartedly!

Given the good location of our hotel you can easily reach the Zeppelin Museum on foot, as well as the harbour, the train station and the Graf Zeppelin House.
We are only a few steps away from the beautiful sea promenade or the city centre.

Limited parking is available. This is subject to a fee.
Please be aware that parking cannot be booked prior to your arrival. Single garage per night € 15.00.

We have a lockable room available for bicycles.

The new trade fair area is around 3 km away from us, and you can get there by car within approx. 10 minutes. Alternatively you can take the trade fair bus.

Friedrichshafen is known  a a metropolis of trade fairs and a holiday destination for its cultural, sporty, and entertainment offerings.
